If you need computer support, then we have a few options for you to contact us. There are multiple ways to contact us, but requests get handled more efficiently when you follow this protocol.
- First try submitting a help desk ticket using our new online portal found at this link: IT Helpdesk Portal You can log in to the portal using your facilities email address (ending in @facilities.gatech.edu) and your computer password.
- You can send an email to our automated system at: askIT@facilities.gatech.edu
- We have staff available to answer questions by phone from 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday (except campus Holidays).
- Walk-up service. Our office is open for walk-up service from 9:00am - 4:00pm in the Facilities Administration Building Room 106.
